EXEN EAST GROUP is licensed by the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) to carry out natural gas and electricity trading activities, in accordance with Law No. 108/2016 of the Republic of Moldova on Natural Gas and Law No. 164/2025 on Electricity. The company adheres to the principles of transparency, fair competition, and compliance with the rules of the energy market of the Republic of Moldova and the Energy Community.

ANRE License: No. A MMI 005671, valid until October 14, 2035.
Basis: Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 108/2016 on Natural Gas and Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 160/2011 on the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity by Permit.
Electricity (wholesale, B2B)
ANRE License: No. A MMI 005672 valid until September 29, 2035.
Basis: Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 164/2025 on Electricity, as well as Law No. 160/2011 on the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity by Permit.
