Inside information
According to art. 2 of the Law on Natural Gas No. 108 of 27.05.2016, inside information is information of a precise nature that has not been made public, which directly or indirectly relates to one or more wholesale energy products and which, if made public, could significantly influence the price of wholesale energy products. For the purposes of this notion, information means:
a) information that must be made public in accordance with this Law, the Regulation on access to natural gas transmission networks and congestion management, the Natural Gas Network Code and the Natural Gas Market Rules;
c) information that must be disclosed in accordance with the provisions of regulatory acts or contracts on the wholesale natural gas market, to the extent that such information could have a significant effect on the price of wholesale energy products;
b) information on the capacity and use of user facilities, production facilities, storage facilities or natural gas transmission networks, including information on their planned or unplanned unavailability;
d) other information related to the natural gas market that a market participant could use to make a decision to carry out transactions related to a wholesale energy product or to issue an order to trade in such a product;
