Transparency
Fair play and equal access to important information are at the core of our work. These aren’t just words: they are requirements of the national norms and rules of the Energy Community.
What we commit to do
Disclose “inside” (privileged) information without undue delay, in plain language and in an accessible location.
No trading based on non-public data, no artificial price signals.
Keep records of transactions and notifications within the time limits established by law/ANRE (contracts, confirmations, messages).
Cooperate with the regulator (ANRE) – we respond promptly to inquiries and comply with regulations.
What exactly are we revealing?
(approximate list)
We only publish what is truly important for the market and can influence prices/expectations of participants, for example:
- Significant changes in the availability or utilization of reserved capacity (transportation, storage, interconnections), if this impacts our market obligations/positions;
- force majeure events or major contractual restrictions that could impact the balance and prices of electricity/gas in the region;
- other facts that, by law, fall under “privileged information.”
