Policy of transparency and publication of internal information
We comply with the requirements for the disclosure of “inside information” in the wholesale gas and electricity markets: we publish information on material events without undue delay, in the manner prescribed by the regulator. Basis: Article 972 of Law No. 108/2016 of the Republic of Moldova on Natural Gas; Article 26 of Law No. 174/2017 on Energy. Transparency contact: exeneastgroup@gmail.com
Anti-corruption policy and conflict of interest
Zero tolerance for corruption, gifts, and any form of unfair influence. Employees and partners are required to prevent and disclose conflicts of interest. Based on the General Requirements of Business Practice and Regulatory Ethics (ANRE).

Fair Trading Policy (No Insider Trading or Manipulation)
We do not use non-public price-sensitive information in transactions, do not disclose it to third parties without a legal basis, and do not take actions that could mislead the market regarding price, demand, or supply. Basis: Articles 971-974 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 108/2016 on natural gas; Articles 147-148 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 164/2025 on electricity.
